Vision Statement

We as Troop 84 see ourselves in the future driving attendance and therefore advancement by organizing and clearly communicating fun events and activities including service projects.

This is an easy meal to prepare at camp in about 15 minutes with a little bit of preperation at home.

    Instructions (Before Camp) 
  1. Pour chicken broth into a 2 quart sause pan.
  2. Dice raw chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in sauce pan with chicken broth.
  3. Chop celery and carrots and place in sauce pan with chicken broth.
  4. Turn stove on Medium-High and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes until chicken is done and vegatables begin to soften.
  6. Turn off heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  7. Place in 1-gallon freezer bag. Refrigerate. Keep cool until preparation time at camp.
    Instructions (During Camp) 
  1. Pour the broth, chicken and vegatable mixture into a large pot wide enough for the layer of biscuits. (about 10 inches)
  2. Turn the stove on medium heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Open can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. When mixture is boiling, gently stir in can of Cream of Chicken Soup and return to boil
  5. When mixture is again boiling, reduce heat to low.
  6. When bubbles stop, gently place biscuits on top of soup being careful not to submerge. Cover entire top surface.
  7. Cover pot and let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  8. When biscuits puff up, remove from heat and serve.

  • 32 fl oz Chicken Broth
  • 2/3 cup Celery
  • 2/3 cup Carrots
  • 1 can Biscuits (10 oz)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (6-8 oz.)
